Research On Knowledge Sharing Of Library Subject Service Team In The New Media Environment

With the development and application of new media technology, the new media has an important influence on library subject service. The university library subject service departments have launched their own official Micro-blog,WeChat, public and social media accounts and other new media platforms, invested a lot of money and manpower with the new media platform to carry out the subject service of knowledge sharing. Users of the library under the new media environment, the information environment has become more complex and diversified. the information needs of users has undergone great changes, the user requirements for the library subject service and utilization ways and methods are changed, users of the library under the new media environment has put forward higher requirements on the subject service of university library,it can not meet the requirements of the literature service, more and more inclined to professional knowledge or knowledge based service solutions. At the same time, the new media makes the library subject service knowledge sharing more convenient and cheaper, with the new media platform for university library to meet the needs of users of instant, can interact with the user, the efficiency and speed of service disciplines of knowledge sharing have been greatly improved. In addition, due to the ability of subject librarians and energy constraints, user information environment is increasingly complex and user information needs is complex and diversified, single subject librarian competency is low, due to the depth and breadth of subject service is not enough, it is difficult to meet the academic needs of users, the current high school library subject service dominant form is undergoing the transformation of discipline the librarian to the service mode of single service team. Subject service team with new media platform for knowledge service has become the focus of the current research.Ecological theory is the research on the coordinated development of knowledge, knowledge, environment theory, can provide new theoretical support for sharing the complicated relationship between the main technology and knowledge sharing knowledge of subject service team organization, under the new media environment. Therefore, this paper uses the knowledge ecology theory analysis library subject service team under the new media environment with the new media platform mechanism and influencing factors of knowledge sharing, exploring the knowledge sharing model, is proposed for university library subject service team knowledge sharing performance evaluation methods, according to the current situation of University Library Subject Service of knowledge sharing under the new media the environment, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. This paper mainly does the following aspects of the work and innovation:First, this paper constructs the mechanism model of ecological theory of knowledge sharing of library subject service team knowledge under the new media environment based on the concept and characteristics of knowledge sharing in the library subject service team under the new media environment. With the knowledge of ecological system theory, constructs the knowledge ecosystem service team knowledge sharing of Library under the new media environment, the elements of knowledge, knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing environment, subject knowledge sharing analysis technology on knowledge sharing of Library Knowledge Ecosystem Service team. At the same time also analyzed the ecological knowledge chain knowledge sharing library subject service team under the new media environment, the knowledge sharing network types into the star topology, bus topology, Y topology and mesh topology structure of four kinds of forms. Laid the overall framework of the theoretical research in this paper, laying a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study.Secondly, from the point of view of knowledge ecosystem, the influence factors of knowledge sharing of library subject service team in the new media environment are studied by using the theory of planned behavior model. The influencing factors are divided into five aspects: knowledge, knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing environment, knowledge sharing technology and knowledge sharing network structure. The 16 factors are designed in this paper. Through the design of questionnaire, 276 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed using structural equation modeling software AMOS17.0 test and Analysis on the construction of the model, verify the research hypothesis and conducted a detailed analysis of each factor. The results of the empirical study show that the knowledge accessibility, timeliness, richness and quality of knowledge have a positive impact on the knowledge sharing intention of library subject service team. Altruism, self efficacy and reciprocity of knowledge sharing have positive effects on knowledge sharing intention. The trust environment, team culture atmosphere and incentive system in the internal and external environment of the knowledge sharing of the library subject service team have positive influence on the intention of knowledge sharing main body. The ease of use, reliability and the fluency of new media platform have positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior. The library location, the knowledge sharing subject in the network sharing network of knowledge sharing in the knowledge of the formation of disciplinary team knowledge sharing intention of network stability and knowledge sharing subject have positive impact on knowledge sharing, the network distance between the main shared intention to produce a negative impact on knowledge.Thirdly. Analyze the knowledge sharing model of library subject service team under the new media environment. With the knowledge of ecological theory, based on the types and features of new media, the mode of the library subject service team knowledge sharing is divided into resource push type, Task Wizard type, instant interactive, streaming media broadcast four types. Selected typical new media applications for each mode, combined with the current situation of university library subject service for case analysis, analysis of the four models in the new media environment from the knowledge, knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing environment, the main characteristics of the four aspects of knowledge sharing technology, and carries on the contrast analysis and selection of the four models.Fourth, this paper proposes a fuzzy AHP library subject service team knowledge sharing performance evaluation method based on the qualitative method of selected indicators, combined with knowledge of ecological theory of performance indexes will be divided into the body of knowledge, knowledge environment, knowledge transfer process, the team and the four dimensions of knowledge sharing in the library subject service team, the 25 level two indexes, using AHP to construct evaluation index system and evaluation method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of performance, and selected a University of Jilin for science and engineering services team as the evaluation object, verify the rationality and validity of the method.Finally, according to the current situation and characteristic of University Library under the new media environment, service knowledge sharing, analysis with the new media platform to carry out subject service of knowledge sharing from the predicament, separately from the knowledge, knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing environment, subject knowledge sharing technology and knowledge sharing network structure five aspects put forward the corresponding measures.The conclusions of these studies, research not only enrich the library subject service of knowledge sharing and knowledge of ecological theory, but also provides a theoretical basis and reference suggestions for the development of knowledge sharing in the university library subject service with the new media platform, help to improve the efficiency and speed of knowledge sharing in the University Library subject service team, has a strong practical application the significance to improve the level of library subject service team and the quality of service.
