Human resources as the most important battle resources, are the key elements for an enterprise to realize its target. All enterprises managers think we should use advanced technical methods to manage Human Resources, build wide Human Resources information system for enterprises' policy decision department, help enterprises make reasonable Human Resources plans And staffs training plans, improve enterprises' ability of competition , promote the healthy and stable development of the enterprise. With the development of science technology, especially the rapid development of computer technology and Internet technology, it offers effecting technology supporting for enterprise using this technology to improve the effect of Human Resources Management, and Competition ability of an enterprise.The introduction of this thesis Contains Some Knowledge of Human Resources Management system mainly including the development history and basic functions of this system, the realization and the action of this system, it also contains the analyzing and comparing about the home and abroad Human Resources Management system. Next it combines the implement of this system in Qujing tobacco enterprise and expounds in details including Requirement Analyzing, System design, System Realizing and so on. Requirement Analyzing contains five aspects according to Human Resources Management in Qujing tobacco enterprise. They are present conditions and the professional work courses of Human Resources Management, the must characteristics of Human Resources Management and the confirmation of Requirement Analyzing. System Design Contain four aspects, according to Human Resources Management System in Qujing tobacco enterprise. They are how to design the form of this System, how to design and realize the exchange between this System and the outer date, how to design to make sure safety of this System and how to design the function Models of this System. System Realizing Contains five parts, according to the Human Resources Management in QuJing tobacco enterprises they are plans of hardware and software equipment, building and maintenance of the date base system, how to build up the basic System and how to carry out this System and so onFinally, they are the Summary of this thesis and a future feature of enterprises Human Resources Management System.
