Based Embedded Industrial Automation Configuration Software Simulation System Design And Implementation

The system of engineering simulation, which is parts of simulation design technology, plays an important part in process of production design and maintenance. It not only improves quality of production but also cuts time and reduces expense of production design.HMI, one of monitor equipment used in industry circumstance, can be used in manufacturing and process industry. It need operator to master knowledge of button equipment, parameter setting equipment, recoding equipment and simulation disc of technics flowing. Because these equipments hold big cubage and need complex cabling, operator can not change mode of operation and flow of show at will and it blocks the development of industry information in some degree. Configration Edit technology appears and it improves the development of industry information. Configuration Edit software gives engineer many configuration edit tools. Engineer can use these tools to design and edit the process control system.In order to cut the time of process control system and reduce the expense of production design, engineers need to design and realize a simulation system. This system can show process and circumstance information of equipment.Based on these reasons, this paper designed and realized a simulation system built on an embedded system of Configuration Edit software. This system includes real-database, real-control, SCADA, network & communication, open-database interface, abroad I/O equipment interface and so on. It also intuitionisticly shows every status of running equipment and simulative I/O results, and shows dynamic picture and contol PLC real time.The paper makes a detailed analysis at characteristic of Configuration edit software and Simulation technology in application, development aspect and so on. Then, we discuss a design idea and structure of embedded configuration edit software of ev5000 of ShenZhen man-machine electronic corporation. Meanwhile, we design and realize a simulation system. At last, the simulation system simulated a configuration project of high oil pressure digital of program timing system in industry and put out some problems which need to improve.
