Studies And Developments Of Configuration Software Of HSE System

The Fieldbus become very popular in the field of Automation. Field devices are the nodes of the Fieldbus system; They are smart devices with synthesis capability. Fieldbus is not only a communication technique and a digital devices which take the place the analog devices; It is the next generation Control which will replace the distributed control system.Configuration software is a very fundamental software and used widely in the field of industrial automation. It had become a very important product in the field of industrial automation. The Configuration is an important technique in the field of automation, especially the configuration technique based on the FCS is a key issue.High Speed Ethernet released by Fieldbus Foundation is the study object in this thesis. This thesis first introduces the development of Fieldbus technology and configuration software technology. Meanwhile this thesis analyzes the programming technique of multi-layer software technology which based on the component technonique. And then this thesis study the characteristic and principle of distributed control system which based on Fieldbus. During the studies of the HSE control system; this thesis analyzes the requirement of configuration software of HSE control system.Based on the further study and analysis of key techniques of HSE system, this thesis design the architecture of the configuration software of HSE system by the multiple-layer application program based on component technology; design the connection management with COM technique; design the graphical configuration module by Object Modeling Technique (OMT). According to the model, the graphical configuration module is realized with C++ with Visual C++ 6.0 developing tool.Now, the HSE system which developed by us has designed a simple testing system.
