| With the development of network technology, remote monitoring and control technology combines with network closely, and made the traditional configuration software with Web functions .Through this software, users can on the basis of their own production conditions designed to suit their own needs picture, then it will be preserved and distributed to each such authorized users, anywhere in the world can, through browser software to see the scene of the images and real-time information to understand the functioning of the entire scene.The paper summarizes the status and development of configuration software, and analyses the architecture and design ideas and the purpose, significance and technical feasibility of configuration software development in the network environment.The paper realizes the configuration software system frame based on web by the comparison between C/S and B/S mode. In order to realize real-time communication, some methods to improve real-time capability of Web-based remote monitoring and control system are analyzed and studied in this paper. TCP/IP protocol and Socket network communication technology and OPC technology and the alternation process between OPC client program and OPC data visitation are discussed in detail.The Web-based remote monitoring and control configuration software is applied to the Nantun coal electricity monitoring and control system in order to fulfill the demand of coal industry. Author built the frame of software based on Web and completed the function. The software package consists of the following parts: Graphics configuration software, data collection and manage system, web communication module and so on . OPC technology is used to data acquisition from local control unit. Socket communication is used to realize real-time data exchange. Having friendly MMI, good flexibility, the whole system is worth to popularize. |
