The Design And Achievement Of Simulation Platform For Control System Based On OPC Technology

The OPC technique is an application of the Microsoft Company's Object Link and Embedded OLE/COM technique in the process controlling. It offers a standard data accessing method for the industry control fields.In this thesis, based on deeply analyzed the OPC standard and COM technique, employing the OPC standard that offered by OPC foundation, and combined with Matlab7.0 and Configuration Software, we design a simulation platform that can realize the simulation of control systems. In our design, OPC DA is used to simplify the communication designation between the model, controllers and configuration software. At the same time, it also provides a standard data access interface so that it is convenient for the model to extend or upgrade. Both model and controllers are realized by running the MATLAB/Simulink simulation module on the common computer.Data of the OPC DA server and the controlled model are exchanged in the MATLAB's workspace.
