With the quick development of science and technology, the infrared imaging guidedweapons complicate gradually. Along with the research of the expenses and the periodsincreasing continuously, a set of simulation system which is economic and efficient for theinfrared imaging guided weapon is imminently needed. MOS Resistance Arrays InfraredDynamic Target Thermal Imaging System as a kind of maturity of the infrared dynamicimaging simulation system has already been applied very well in the research of theimaging guided weapon. At present, the investigated direction of the infrared dynamicimaging simulation system inclines to the low-power dissipation, large dynamic range, large temperature range, high frame frequency, high resolution ratio, high duty ratio, noflickering, nicer homogenization and so on. MOS Resistance Arrays Image DrivingController is the key device that MOS Resistance Arrays Infrared Dynamic Target ThermalImaging System actualizes infrared dynamic image simulation. Its capability directlyaffects the effect of the systemic simulation. Based on this background, and on the basis ofthe reseach of 64×64 MOS Resistance Arrays Image Driving Controller, the dissertationdiscusses the achievement of data conversion and high-speed data communication in128×128 MOS Resistance Arrays Image Driving Controller.The dissertation adopts field programmable logic device FPGA and Ethernetcommunication technology to solve some key technical problems such as data conversion, substrate reversion and high-speed data communication by actual investigation, discussionand debugging. It also describes the mainboard of the image driving controller whichmakes use of the microprocessor ARM9 and FPGA as the core. In the end of thedissertation, it introduces data communication in software.
