The Design And Realization Of Enterprise Knowledge Portal For The Real Estate Industry

EKP (Enterprise Knowledge Portal) provides knowledge to the staff of anenterprise by integrating all kinds of information resources. It is acombination of EP (Enterprise Portal) technique and KM (Knowledge Management)theory that makes use of Portlet and support SSO (Single Sign-On) to offera single passage to enterprise knowledge. EKP not only holds the generalcharacteristics of EP, but also assists the course of KM well. Taking advantageof EP technique, EKP will be an important part of KM (Knowledge Management)that can make up some shortcomings of KM.Based on the deep investigation on the theory and application of EKP andKM, the thesis analyzes the role of EKP in enterprise knowledge managementand the advantages it actually holds. Then the paper goes deep into theresearch on the EKP's construction technique and at last puts forward an EKPsolution for real estate enterprises according to the characteristics of realestate operation, then implements the budget management about the costmanagement and the knowledge base subsystem on CBR.
