Fourthly, Blog's knowledge exchange mechanism is mainly built on the comment function, trackback and social network functions. Fifthly, blog's open content itself is a form of publication, including the author level, content level. Moreover, blog's knowledge sharing is also shown in the RSS subscriptions sharing, and the sharing of social bookmark. Blog's knowledge sharing movement in general needs to comply with the "creative commons" principle.This thesis analysis the process of the blog as personal knowledge management platform and also makes some improvements and suggestions: constantly improving and updating their new functions by technology, continuing to improve the content service and more detailed knowledge classification, promoting navigation systems, improving blog's socialization function., creating the atmosphere of knowledge innovation, aggregating other related services, such as IM, mail listings, social bookmark, and overcoming artificial and technical obstacles. in the knowledge organizations, innovation, sharing, acquisition process.
