The Design And Implementation Of Product Knowledge Management System For Manufacturing Enterprise Based On J2EE Platform

With the continuous development of manufacturing enterprises,knowledge storage management is becoming more and more important to the development of manufacturing enterprises.In the process of enterprise manufacturing,the existing forms of knowledge is more complicated,such as the storage of manufacturing industry's knowledge separately,the variety display forms of knowledge,the difficulties of accumulated knowledge and other factors which caused great effects on that it's hardly to express the corporate culture perfectly by the way of accumulating of knowledge.Therefore,this project design and develop the manufacturing enterprise knowledge management system,which is convenient for the knowledge management of manufacturing enterprise greatly.Based on the analysis of manufacturing enterprises and product's characteristics,this paper studies the development trend of knowledge management in manufacturing enterprises,and offered some key steps for knowledge management of manufacturing enterprises.Also,this project discuss the technology of knowledge management and structures of coding system while combining with the latest developments of computer technology,researching on sharing and storaging of knowledge in manufacturing enterprises.At first,we should focus on the whole demand analysis of system,then we should do reserch on demand analysis of functional and nonfunctional.Furthermore,designing the basic structure and database of this system.At last,we should develop the operator interface and function of those modules and the system.Besides this,we should test this system after the development of functions,also we need to analysis the efforts of test,improve it to meet requirements of manufacturing enterprise knowledge management system.Product knowledge management system for manufacturing enterprise was be set by J2EE development language based on researching the content of product knowledge management for enterprise.It used J2EE service components,simplified system integrated development steps while combined the knowledge storage and Knowledge Management about manufacturing.the system function modules is composed of System login module,Role management module,Knowledge management module,document management module,Backup and recovery modules,Knowledge audit module,Expert inquiry module.In order to improve efficient use of enterprise's knowledge base and the retrieve efficiency and ability of product knowledge,the paper put forward a method of multi-Dimensional Knowledge Management based on collaborative filtering algorithm.Customers can use it as a quick and accurate guide to understand product knowledge.The general design and development work of the system is done with the appliance of enterprise-class application searching server-solr,My Eclipse 10.0,My SQL database and Tomcat 6.0 configuration environment.Finally,this thesis set forth the whole test based on enterprise knowledge management system through researching and designing of enterprise product knowledge management system.At first,The performance testing,functional testing,reliability testing has been done according to the functional modules,and then test results of the system are analyzed.in the end,the system has been proved that it met the requirements for enterprise through testing system function,system performance and system reliability.This paper gave emphasis on the design and implementation of the system,knowledge management and storage and so on,and it also make the greatest efforts for the development and knowledge storage of manufacturing enterprise.
