Design And Implementation Of Professional Knowledge Base Management System Of Oil Production Company

The research work of this dissertation was combined with ‘Construction methodsand management system research of the oil production company professionalknowledge base’, which is one of the scientific and technical research projects of TheFifth Oil Production Company Of DaQing Oilfield Company Limited．Having a goodresult in being applied to the field, the project was successfully accepted by theauthorities of The Fifth Oil Production Company Of DaQing Oilfield CompanyLimited in2012．Asking the questions before the meeting, discussing the questions at the meeting,summating about the questions after the meeting is adopted this way of our companyemployees discuss on professional knowledge．Some text types of professional andtechnical documentations are provided by professional and technical personnel．Forthe most part the requirements for professional knowledge could not besatisfied．Hence, based on the classification of existing professional knowledge,generally applied to the technique of wiki, Secure Enterprise Search Of Oracle andWeb Service, etc, the project was carried out．Its goal was to establish a managementsystem of professional knowledge base and to develop software, which would collectand edit professional knowledge, examine and verify professional knowledge,publication professional knowledge, archiving professional knowledge, evaluationprofessional knowledge． Constructing professional knowledge, sorting formedrelevant professional knowledge, we formed professional knowledge base applicationprototype.The research content is the following:1．Collected the results of professional knowledge, classified the level ofprofessional knowledge at the aspect of facts, rules, strategy, etc, classified problemdomain, and identified characteristics of professional knowledge． Studied representation method of professional knowledge, studied storage of professionalknowledge, studied organization, management, usage method of professionalknowledge.2．Studied collection method of the professional knowledge results, process andtechnology, combing the knowledge management process, developed the achievementof editing system knowledge development, realized the intellectual achievements ofdocument storage, knowledge points, knowledge classification, knowledge editingentry attribute information, knowledge retrieval key maintenance.3．Studied review audit approach and technology and implementation process ofthe professional knowledge, developed the professional knowledge audit releasesystem． Professional knowledge content review audit methods, process andtechnology, development of knowledge audit system, achieved content review,property adjustment, evaluation, application of the professional knowledge has beenstorage.4．Studied professional knowledge evaluation and protection mode of knowledgeassets method, process and technology, developed the professional knowledgemanagement system, achieved archive and abolished of online application knowledgeachievements． Support for background characteristics change brought aboutknowledge update, through expert evaluation, evaluation, utilization rate of userfeedback and other channels, complete support asset evaluation, through the statisticalanalysis report to support our company master professional knowledge distributionand knowledge application.5.Studied the technology and implementation method of application professionalknowledge search, developed the professional knowledge search system, achieved fulltext search, through the problem domain, application characteristics, backgroundcharacteristics, attributes and other key information classification combined filter,achieved knowledge intelligent search application.
