With the coming of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the key strategic resource, which could promote the development of social economy. Basing on the background, more and more social organizations begin to realize the importance and necessity of knowledge management (KM). At present, the application of KM has covered a vast range of applications, such as capital investment, communication, IT, mechanic, medicine, etc.The technology of KM has got a broad development with its extensive application. Database technology (DT), information and communication technology (ICT), artificial intelligence (AI) and modeling, all of these technologies are effective implements for the practical application of KM.However, experiences have indicated that it is hard to practice knowledge management effectively if we only depend on artificial intelligence alone; it is due to the lacking of combination of machine and human. The machine is good at dealing with information, and the human is good at inference. This thesis includes two aspects: theory and practice. In theory, basing on the well-understood of KM and its technologies, this thesis proposed conception and system of machine-human knowledge assistance, and discussed the related research schemes in detail. In practice, this thesis recited the development process and key technologies of the machine-human knowledge assistance system, which takes the finite element analysis of automotive ball joint as example. The study aims at relieving people's learning burden and implementing the knowledge sharing, which is a target of KM, by means of carrying out the cooperation between machine and human.
