Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Knowledge Sharing Platform

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,more and more enterprises have realized the important role of effective knowledge management in enriching the cognition of employees,improving work efficiency,promoting the development of enterprises and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.However,at present,a traditional manual knowledge management method is mostly adopted in small and medium-sized enterprises,which generally has the problems of difficult document storage management,difficult storage structure division,slow search efficiency and unable to cooperate and share.At the same time,based on this kind of method is unfavorable to the enterprise internal mutual transformation between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge and the integration of knowledge resources.Obviously,this approach is no longer suitable for the current needs of enterprise knowledge management.Based on this situation,this paper proposes the design and implementation requirements of the enterprise knowledge sharing platform,and plans to establish a comprehensive information management platform for knowledge acquisition,storage,sharing and application.Based on the actual project requirements,this paper designs and implements the enterprise knowledge sharing platform,which not only solves the problem of unified storage of knowledge documents in small and medium-sized enterprises,but also effectively realizes the input,collection,classification,sharing,recommendation,retrieval and display of knowledge information through the design of knowledge base,expert pages and knowledge exchange community subsystem.The system adopts B/S architecture and completes the overall architecture design of the platform based on the open source framework SSM(Spring,Spring MVC,Mybatis).It realizes the function modules of login and registration,application/consulting management,knowledge management(including knowledge organization,knowledge classification,knowledge approval and knowledge application),expert task processing,role and authority management.The system adopts hierarchical architecture,based on the concept of service-oriented architecture,the service layer is abstracted to provide services for other systems to call,which can realize flexible distributed deployment.At the same time,in order to improve the efficient utilization of enterprise knowledge base and user experience,the Apache Software Foundation(ASF)'s open source project mahout is used to implement intelligent recommendation of relevant knowledge,and an open source Java vertical crawler framework web Magic is used to implement the latest advisory recommendation.The Redis service was built,the caching function was added to the related modules of the platform.The Solr service is implemented to build a full text search server based on Lucene,and the knowledge retrieval function was realized by cooperating with the IKAnalyzer Chinese word splitter.Finally,the author proves the effectiveness and practicability of the enterprise knowledge sharing platform for knowledge management of small and medium-sized enterprises by analyzing the overall test results and the actual operation of the platform.The work done in this paper has effectively improved the business performance of the enterprise,enhanced the cultural atmosphere and learning atmosphere of the enterprise,and enhanced the core competitiveness and technological innovation of the enterprise.
