The thesis takes the poject that designing a negative electrode charcoalpiece shake molding control system as background. This system designed canhelp the enterprise improve the efficiency in production, cut the cost ofproduct. And it also helps the enterprise prepare the information upgradingfrom several facets, such as hardware, software, network, data management etc.Writer firstly summarized the nowaday's condition of charcoal industryand the research on the negative electrode charcoal piece shake moldingcontrol system. After that, writer discussed the blue print of this system,analysed the method of designing hardware, control software, monitoringsoftware. Then writer recited the process of debugging about this system.Aim at the problem of WinCC report forms and print, writer designed asolution which is used extern program in WinCC through an ActiveX, and it wasquite useful.Writer also did a research on remote monitoring technology in LAN, andadvanced remote monitoring methods based on LAN. Writer had done someexperiment to prove these methods useful.
