The Experiment System Of Industrial Control

This paper is based on the experiment system of industrial control.lt contains PROFIBUS field bus communication networks industrial Ethernet communication network united by S7-200 slave station and S7-300 master station,WINCC monitoring system on PC.In this paper, it introduces the hardware designment of S7-200 slave station and s7-300 master station in details, which includes the connection between PLC module and sensor devices.Then two communication network systems will be set up by using the prepared stations.The first one is PROFIBUS multi-master communication network,it covers the configure of S7-200 and S7-300 modules,the settings between S7-300 PLC and EM277 module,which helps S7-200 to exchange data with S7-300,the designment of control program in S7-200 and S7-300 PLC.In this way, the S7-300 master stations and S7-200 slave station can successfully exchange their data measured by the sensors.The other one is industrial Ethernet communication system, S7-300 station will be the server and S7-200 will be the client, they exchange their data by TCP/IP proctol.The sever and client also need to be configured.the cp module will connect to both S7-200 station and S7-300 station.they can communicate with each other under the control of PLC program.Then this paper will discuss the designment of remote monitor sytem with WINCC,which helps us to observe the running condition on remote PC.The purpose of this study is to set up the PROFIBUS communication network system,industrial Ethernet network sytem and WINCC remote monitor system, to figure out the principles why and how they are echange data with each other.All this provide complete solutions for industrial control systems.
