| At present, the injection modeling machine industry is a fast developing industry. Its development tendency is faster, highly active, highly precision, automate and network ability. At the beginning, its controller was relay control and now there is microprocessor control. The electric-hydraulic control has developed into all-electric control and the travel switch control has developed into position-ruler control. The function of the controller has become more powerful and easy-using. All of the developments are comply with the injection molding business's develop request.Nowadays in a factory there may be many injection molding machines working together. If each machine needs a person to control, there would need many human resources so that it will pay much more money for the numerous workers. So we can imagine that if we could use network control and field bus technology into the injection molding manufacture's dispatching and controlling, that many of the machines work and are managed together would come true. It is very beneficial for reducing the manufacturing costs and it is good for the management of the whole course of producing.This paper will choose the mode of the PLC together PC to control the producing process. The PLC is the class1 master and the PC is the class2 master. The system uses the PROFIBUS-DP field bus to connect the PC and the remote machine. The remote machine and the communicate interface form the intelligent appurtenant. The PC set is installed with PLC program software STEP 7 and configuration software WinCC. We use STEP 7 to develop the operating process program and use WinCC to configurate the working process, the data base variable and the communication connect. The system has steady and reliable characteristic.It is suitable to monitor and manage the injection molding working process. Using the system can raise the productivity effect and realize combining the company management and process controlling together. |
