Molded honeycomb panel is a new type of material with waste paper as raw material, and it is a kind of non-poisonous and formaldehyde free new material. Due to the gradual expansion of moulded honeycomb plate market, the original relay production line control system to achieve the productivity has been far can not meet the requirements of the design a high reliability and degree of automation of the production line control system to improve the productivity.The productivity achieved by the control system of the original relay production line is far from the requirement.A production line control system with high reliability and good automation is designed to improve the productivity.The paper puts forward the design scheme of the PLC control based on the analysis of production line control strategy and the control principle.This project used WinCC Flexible configutarion software in Siemens touch screen MP277 to realized the monitor and control to the wholl production line.To achieve the entire production line of monitoring and control,mplementation of network communication control system based on PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus.The whole production line control system is composed of programmable controller, intelligent instrument, motor frequency control, supervisory control configuration,also uses the advanced network communication technology, the field bus technology, the video surveillance technology, the computer technology to realize the automatic control and information integration system. following contents are mainly studied in this paper:(1)First, the production process and production requirements of molded honeycomb panel are described. Then the development of control method and control system based on the theory of technology evolution and the development trend of the control system are analyzed,summarize the control characteristics of several production line control system,and analysis of the applicable occasions of each control system,Finally select and design the control system which is suitable for the production line.The control system consists of four layers: service layer, network monitor layer, process control layer and field device layer.(2)Select the appropriate PLC and CPU models,Taking molding unit and stepping motor as an example,SIEMENS S7-200 PLC has a powerful data processing and numerical computing capabilities,Detailed design of the unit of the PLC control structure, I/O distribution, hardware wiring and control procedures.According to these advantages, the main program and the program of the control system are designed.(3)Design of network monitoring system.The flexible Wincc configuration software is used as the host computer DP master station,monitor the running of the whole system and alarm record.4 PLC as DP to control the work of field instruments and meters,The whole network communication is based on the PROFIBUS-DP field bus which is connected with the PLC through the expansion module EM277.Site operation and debugging:The design of the die pressing honeycomb paperboard automatic control system can meet the requirements of the field production process,The control system not only greatly improved the level of automatic control,The control system not only greatly improves the level of automatic control, reduces the labor cost, but also speeds up the production efficiency and improves the quality of the products, and has good reliability and controllability,finally achieved the expected design purpose.
