For the purpose of sustainable and continual development in economy in China, it is high time to change the current talent structure, to enforce the professional training, and to deepen the reformation of vocational education. Over a long period of time, the system for evaluation of students Learning Effectiveness has been adopted through only test scores in the secondary vocational schools, which, however, does not meet today's economical environment, and human resource need; therefore there is an urgent need to improve the assessment system in vocational schools.On the basis of the related research results home and abroad, the author made surveys on the current assessment methods and attitudes of Learning Effectiveness from teachers and students respectively in vocational schools. Guided by the constructivism and multiple intelligence theories and based on evaluation of the education quality and portfolio assessment, conducted by the course education activity of "e-business", analyzed the data by the software SPSS, and put forward a series of process evaluation plans of Learning Effectiveness for computer science majors in their Introduction to E-Business in the secondary vocational schools.The program centers on the course content to design proper teaching activities with parallel attention to process and results, considering the characters and needs of students. In the process of studying and joining in the evaluation process, students learned self management, retrospectation, and evaluating themselves and others in a proper way. In the multiple evaluation process, they trained themselves, experienced the process and joy of success, improved the study effectiveness.One year's practice and research is far from enough. So at the end of this paper, the author raises some unsolved problems and proposed a direction for further study.
