The development of times requires the relative evaluation method to fit it. New curriculum reform regards the transition about the evaluation idea of curriculum and evaluation method as one of the important goals, pointing out"setting up the all-round developing evaluation goals system of Quality Education."Because electronic learning portfolio, a kind of qualitative assessment based on the Internet, meets demands of the assessment innovation and web-based education, it is becoming more and more outing and becomes one of promising methods for assessment now.The writer sets out from the teaching practice of computer application basic courses. After referring to a lot of papers and other materials on electronic learning portfolio assessment, the writer also consider a electronic learning portfolio assessment can cultivate students'multiple intelligence and improve their all-round harmonious development. The development of the Internet also provides the necessary condition for people in using electronic learning portfolio evaluation method. It is the curriculum itself that decides the use of electronic learning portfolio assessment in computer basic courses.This thesis summarizes the electronic learning portfolio assessment in the first and the second chapters. It discusses the advantages in using electronic learning portfolio assessment in computer basic courses. In the third chapter, it briefly states the basic theories of electronic learning portfolio assessment items and its concrete operation during the implementation. In the fourth chapter, it states the design of electronic learning portfolio assessment items and its concrete operation during the implementation. In the fifth chapter, it explains the system supporting of electronic learning portfolio assessment and the construction of software platform and the implementing strategies. The sixth chapter gives the application experiment and the effect of electronic learning portfolio assessment on computer teaching and then draws an experimental conclusion.In the final part, the paper draws a research conclusion based on the practice and gives the constructive suggestion for people of the same occupation who work on electronic learning portfolio.
