With the continuously deep development of the new curriculum reformation, the evaluation and examination on the Nine-year Compulsory Education is turning its steps from unitary exam of pen and paper to comprehensive quality evaluation by multi-methods on students. This transformation embodies the new appraise viewpoint of "not only individual-oriented, but on his or her comprehensive and specific development ". For most of his abilities can not be found out merely by pen and paper, but depending on demonstrational materials, this provides a best cut-in point for the application and popularity of the Student Electronic Portfolio System.This paper analyses and designs an Electronic Shaping Portfolio System, which fits for the comprehensive quality evaluation partially according to the requests of new curriculum reformation. The content of the portfolio can be recorded and presented through the network combining the data-base, by which not only helps to manage, search and analyze the file materials, but also can combines the courses both of appraisal and the learning & growth of the students. Hence the interaction between teachers, accompaniers and family and school can illustrates the growing process from multi-perspective and layers, which will provide the full-scale process recording and evaluation information for the daily appraisement of primary or middle schools, that is to say, it will offer an electronic tool for comprehensive quality evaluation.
