The new curriculum reform of the Nine-year Compulsory Education is in the deep investigation and development stage, being implemented widely. Multi-aspect integrated evaluation has become an important part of the new curriculum reform, especially the evaluation to the comprehensive quality of the students. clarified the following evaluation target:"set up an evaluation system with multiple evaluation targets and multiple methods, which should focus on not only the achievement but also the process. Emphasize not the function of selection of the students but the function of improvement to the education practice and students'development."In the same time, < Ministry of Education on primary and secondary schools to actively promote the reform of evaluation and examination system, the notification > pointed out that primary and secondary schools should setup a development portfolio for every student, which should be used as an important method and judgment for students'comprehensive evaluation. The setup of student development portfolio leads to the comprehensive development of them and increase their long term capability of study.According to the requirement to the students by the new curriculum reform, referencing to the current condition of student development portfolio in my school and other schools around, this document analysis, design and implemented"Electronics Students Development Portfolio Evaluation System". By SQL database technique, this system integrated the data related to the students, records, presents, summarizes and evaluates the students development information; Using several function model written by ASP, it implements an evaluation system with: self-evaluation of students, cross-evaluation between students, evaluation to students by teachers, intercommunion of the student parents, presentation of the achievement, intercommunion between student's parents and school. The system provides an important electronics tool for daily evaluation to students'comprehensive quality. It acts in dual-mode function of process recording and result evaluation for students'comprehensive quality.
