With the information technology in the management more and more used, the implementation of the management information system is gradually becoming mature in technology. The management information system is a new major which develops unceasingly. Any company must establish the management information system which adapts with own characteristics if they want to survive , develop and organize the internal activity organically with high efficiency.This article introduces a process of developing a management information system with the strategy of"the overall plan from the top to bottom ;the application and development from bottom to top under the Basic6.0 . By analyzing the management of Dazhou Borui Co., Ltd , we found a set of effective plans of managing personnel information by computer to solve the problem of the insufficiency of man-power management. We designs and realizes a small information management system software taking the information relations as a center. The system includes staff's file, duty and wages. It specifically elaborated the structure of enterprise personnel information management system, the basic principle and the method of system development and some operating instructions as well. It includes feasibility analysis, service flow analysis and so on. The system design mainly introduces the system function design, the database design and the code design. The system realization explains several main module algorithms. This system horizon is friendly and the operation is simple and quite practical.The main work focus on:1) Designing one kind of MIS to provide the policy-making support; Applying popular or advanced database system in the design and the realization process, designing the outstanding inquiry and statistical function.2.) Attempting to use small relational database system to manage, analyze data and support the decision-making.3) Illustrating the necessary and method of inquiry optimization of SQL. 4) Carrying out a series of special operation on human resource: deleting data in batches, data sorting and printing.
