In addition, suppliers of building materials jointing construction supervision units collusion fraud and working to reduce the undesirable phenomenon of quality standards left a serious quality problems to the engineering structures. So the means the test losts control of the responsibility for the quality of acts in the filed of the construction testing. The existing records and the delivery model can not be a better to the requirements of the rule of law.Thus, the Management Information System has become the majority of the general demand for construction laboratory. The Management Information System not only upgrads the existing test equipment and means but also sample test on the network business in connection with the new situation of the witness the construction engineering materials, sampling and other aspects combining the data changes of test automation in the acquired test units.This paper is written in the filed of the test management with information technology in construction. At the same time, the paper discusses a database system designed and developed an information management system using the database operation regarding plenty of test project,more complex test data,the standard updating soon and more specialized Evaluation Indicators and the test method.The article is an instance for designing a database system, it introduces the development of a information management system based on the operations of database. The system used Visual Basic 6.0 as Proscenium Application, and Mocrosoft Access 97 as Background Database, and ADO technic to connect with database. First there is brief introductions of Visual Basic 6.0 and the programmer facing to object, also including the full and necessary recommendation of basic knowledge of database, then we proceed the need analysis of the system,draw out the diagram about the function module, also we have shown part of tables, and then give out some forms and part of code about the programmer. Finally, a simple and compendious summary is presented.
