Design And Realization Of Foreign Affairs Management System For China Gas Turbine Establishment

With the development of economic globalization, and advent of the information age, the international community in all aspects of the exchange is becoming more frequently, information technology is also gradually applied in the common people’s life, the computer operation gradually replaced the cumbersome manual operation process. On the certain points of view, information technology can reduce the manual errors in work and improve the efficiency of the work, it also greatly reduces the consumption of social resources. The foreign affairs management department plays an important role in serving the international communication, improving the efficiency of foreign trading, and promoting the development of internationalization of an enterprise. In the common operation of a foreign affairs management department, which must face some of challenges, such as the large amount of data, the type of work complexities and the low error requirements. The traditional ways of working from the original point of view, manual collecting, recording and other aspects of the audit, and can’t meet the needs of the management of foreign affairs, in business management, the introduction of information management is getting more urgent.This thesis analyzes the current situation of foreign affairs in China Gas Turbine Establishment, gives the development direction of foreign affairs and problems of the foreign affairs working system, pointing out the significance and value of the development of foreign affairs management system. Introduces the theory and technical analysis system design, including a comparison introduce C/S architecture, Visual Basic language, SQL language, and between the technology and related technologies, and use in the C/S mode uses ODBC SQL database technology were introduced to the system. The overall objective of the Foreign Affairs through the system, business processes and functional analysis, put forward their own solutions to the problem of thinking. And on this basis the overall objective of this paper presents the design, the overall flow of the system, the main data types, guiding design principle and system environments. Finally, the designed system is tested, including unit testing and integration testing to identify system problems during the operation and the need for further research in the future to improve the place, then gives a solution to the problem. By the results of the test experiments show that this design of foreign affairs information management system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the foreign affairs management in China Gas Turbine Establishment.
