With the development of computer technology, network technology andinformation technology, the office automation more and more improvements in themodern concept, more and more college of information technology upgrade, thehuman resource management system is an indispensable part of. With the help of thesystem of university can better understand the various information of university facultyand staff, help to improve the efficiency of personnel management, personnelmechanism improvement in universities, which is more fair, objective, comprehensive,and quickly assess staff performance etc.. Therefore, the success of Yichun VocationalTechnical College depends to a great extent, human resource, human race will becomeone of the core competition of Yichun Vocational Technical College, Yichun VocationalTechnical College, people become the fundamental foothold and development.Effective management of Yichun Vocational Technical College human resources,provide a strong reserve force for the college, make it become the driving force ofCollege development. The effective management of the human resources, to master theschool human resources information up-to-date, accurate, and statistics and analysis ofthe complex on the play, so each staff’s potential, to create more value.Aiming at the Yichun Vocational Technical College human resources managementsystem development background, current situation and existing problems wereanalyzed, based on the analysis of system requirements, so as to determine thefunctional modules of the system, and draw the corresponding module chart, then hascarried on the detailed analysis of each function module, the logical model so as to getthe system module, including the system ER diagram, entity relationship diagram anddata table structure, finally realized that the resource management system of YichunVocational Technical College. In the system design and implementation, detaileddesign of the system module and the realization of the process are given, and thesystem module involves the key source code for a corresponding analysis, includingimplementation of departmental management, personnel management, attendancemanagement, incentive management, staff mobility management module design andprogramming.The design of the system to make certain contributions to the Yichun Vocational Technical College personnel management, can greatly improve the efficiency ofpersonnel management of the Yichun Vocational Technical College Yichun VocationalTechnical College, to better adapt to the future society of Yichun Vocational TechnicalCollege to pave the way, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff of Yichun VocationalTechnical College, improve teaching quality, to reduce the labor cost, improve thequality of teaching and the Yichun Vocational Technical College’s assets, is conduciveto the establishment of modern system of Yichun Vocational Technical College, isbeneficial to the establishment and strengthening the cultural construction of YichunVocational Technical College.. The shortcomings of the system is the design of theinterface is not beautiful, function is still not perfect, can’t use tree showed that sectoris a big regret, hope to be able to access relevant information to solve problems, tomake the system more perfect, more valuable.
