Based On Model-driven Development Of The Online Crm System Design And Implementation

CRM (Customer Relation Management) is a dynamic process and managing strategy that the commercial staff and service personnel deliver satisfying products or services, which lead to more loyal customers, and the building of a long lasting, stable, mutually beneficial customer relationship. So It's a key link in the drastic competition of the commercial staff and service personnel. In this project, we made full use of the software engineering methods, and carried out SalesImpaq system, a CRM system with humanized user interface and high efficiency.Saleslmpaq system consists of online system and offline system. The online system adopts B/S structure, so users need not to install any software, and can use all its functions with browser. It can only work with Internet, and the data are all saved on the server. The offline system adopts C/S structure, so users have to install client software, which works as a complement of the online system. It can work without Internet, and the data are all saved on the local machine. The two systems can synchronize data with each other.With the online system, users can view, add, edit and remove data, or import data from CSV (comma-separated value) file. The system can take statistics and analysis to the communications with the customers. It can also make multi-analyzed division, classification and examination with the data. The system can enregister the Emails sent or received in it, or import Emails from the specified Address.In this thesis, we discussed the selection of the developing platform and database, and the designing and implementation of the online system. The online system is developed on J2EE platform, and we adopt MDA (Model Driven Architecture) ideology and openMDX technique, an advanced implementation of the MDA. And we also use UML, Struts, webservice, JSP and JavaScript in this project.
