The integration of advanced information technology and modern management ideas that has a good expansion effect for the traditional production methods and content.The global fierce competition between enterprises that has made enterprise of the production management system scalability,portability and a series of performance and maintainability put forward higher requirements.Only to meet these requirements,a company can better sustainable development.This thesis based on the research background and research status at home and abroad to determine the necessity of the development and production management system.Then,This thesis introduces the system development platform and related technology.This system development is built on the Java EE platform,using B/S structure and IntelliJ IDEA as a development tool and MySQL as a data warehouse management,at the same time using the Spring MVC,HTML,CSS,JavaScript,and other technology to complete the overall design of system architecture.Second,through to the enterprise production status survey,it is concluded that the system has the function of overall demand.Again,according to the requirements analysis discusses the system function design and database design.The system is mainly divided into system management,production management,purchasing management,sales management,and inventory management and so on five big modules.Finally,the production management system was designed and implemented,and the production management level of the enterprise has been improved with the help of the production management system,finally realizes the enterprise information management.Based on the system analysis of the main structure of BOM and MRP calculation are analyzed in detail.While the system implementation aspects,in addition to the realization of the system interface is discussed,mainly expounds the implementation of the main business logic and data in the interface between the realization of the reverse. |
