The chip industry is the core of information industry. IC chip design andmanufacturing have become the most rapidly developing world and the mostcompetitive industries. As the process manufacturing industries automation solutions,has long been confined to the scene of the real-time process monitoring, through theSCADA system, an operator in central control room can acquire the scene of theproduction process. With production of the modern enterprise informationmanagement needs of the upgrade, request an on-site production of the master is nolonger limited to the central control room, and expand to the whole enterprise,Enterprise production management in accordance with the real-time data andinformation, master equipment working conditions and statistical information Theproduction process for the emergency scheduling timely treatment, thus effectivelyimprove production efficiency, strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper is based on the actual project—Shanghai IC chip manufacturingproduction management platform design, Development and Implementation to theelaborate. This is a process-oriented production management control of the system,making the process of data no longer control layer to the scene as opposed to, butupward progress, integration to enterprise management applications. The paper firstintroduces the relevant industry background and project applications related systemstechnology, Then the J2EE technology associated with the popular framework of therevenue, and demand analysis system architecture then discuss the outline design,function module, described the final realization of the function of the system. Thesystem is realized using the design patterns of MVC and DAO, which make thesystem extensible and compatible.The system is based on J2EE architecture, the use of B/S model design anddevelopment. J2EE is platform-independent, multi vendor support of the merits, verysuitable for the development of enterprise-level applications, and containers providegood security and scalability support, which makes system development, becomessimple and efficient. Based on J2EE architecture production management platformfor the realization of the manufacturing enterprise information integration projectswill play a tremendous push progressive role, also the technology on Java forenterprise automation solution made useful exploration. Also help enterprises to a flatmanagement transition.
