The Integrated Management System For Teaching, Research And Production Laboratory Of University

The integrated management system for university of teaching, research and production laboratory which is a web-based management platform is based on B/S architecture, using the language of ASP.NET, C# and ACCESS database. The system helps the organizations to achieve the aims of O.A. and management informationalization. Meanwhile, it plays an essential role in the improving of efficiency and reduction of costs. In this thesis it takes Marine Information Technology(MIT) laboratory as an application case. It provides the MIT laboratory and research institutes of this kind the integrated functions of teaching, research and production. This thesis studies the organization methodology and characteristics of system function, the system architecture design and implementation, and makes some preliminary exploration on the development prospect of the laboratory integrated management system. The main research work of this thesis is as follows:1. System analysis and framework designThis thesis researches and generates the system demands according to the system characteristics, and performs technical feasibility analysis. The system demands analysis includes both internal and external function demands. The feasibility analysis includes the development situation of computer technology and the software/hardware environment in the MIT Lab. The system framework, which is including the overall frame and each module function, has been designed on the foundation of system analysis.2. Database analysis and system safety designThis thesis performs the structure design and detailed design of the database based on the database demands analysis. Meanwhile, considering the risk on the web and the demands of system security, the safety design which is using multi-verification methods has been generated with a broad-view.3. System function designAccording to the content of the laboratory management, this thesis study all aspects of management about personnel, equipment, achievement, news, training, and design the function according to the characteristics of laboratory management.Through the research on the above aspects, this thesis has realized The integrated management system for university of teaching, research and production laboratory which takes MIT as an example. The system is a breakthrough in the constraints of management systems which are only for some certain aspects of laboratory management. And it is the realization of standard digital office management in the laboratory. It has effectively improved the efficiency of the laboratory management.
