With the increase of integrate circuit switch rate and PCB density,signal integrity has become one of the main problems in high-speed PCB design. How to fully consider SI and take effective measures has been a hot topic in PCB design field.First, the dissertation introduces transmission line theory, analyzes SI in the design of high speed PCB, including reflection, crosstalk, simultaneous switch noise etc in detail. Secondly, the dissertation simulates the reflection and crosstalk of the given circuit models using Hyperlynx, the EDA software of Mentor Corporation, and shows the waveforms of reducing reflection by adding terminators and the waveforms of the crosstalk influenced by changing the parameters of transmission lines. At last the dissertation summarizes the solutions to reducing reflection, crosstalk and SSN, and introduces the design flow of high speed PCB based on SI. According to the research above, thinking carefully about SI, the author finished the PCB design of high speed data sampling system with the help of EDA tools. The optimized PCB has steady and credible performance, the development period is shortened and the cost is reduced, thus proving that analysis of SI is very important to high speed PCB design. The conclusions drawn from the dissertation are helpful to the design of high speed PCB and the corresponding projects.The main tasks in the dissertation are as follows:1. analyzed the correlative theory of signal integrity such as reflection, crosstalk, simultaneous switch noise etc in detail,2. simulated reflection and crosstalk ,gave the corresponding waveforms ,and summarized the solutions to reducing reflection ,crosstalk and SSN,3. using the method of signal integrity analysis, finished the PCB design of high speed data sampling system independently,4. finished debugging AD module.
