Firstly, we research cooperative work, workflow and so on. We find out a method that is favor of FEDEP workflow model to be erected. With reference of interrelated literatures, we erect FEDEP workflow model and research the approach of FEDEP Knowledge Management. We realize FEDEP explain, the part of the context help system, user management, document management, workflow and process management. We erect FEDEP cooperative management system.This paper has proved that the integrated frame we constructed is feasible through the material application development and research.
