| Workflow technology is always a hotspot in the area of computer research andapplication.For great efficiency and speed in businesses,The target of WorkflowManagement Systems is implementing business process with great efficiency andspeed by management of resources associated with the business process. ComputerSupported Cooperative Work is a new subject developing with the information ages. Itis under the condition that computer supports ( namely CS), the people help tocomplete a common mission.( namely CW)It is the newly arisen realm that manycourses cross and support, it is one of the most popular courses in the realm ofinformation technologies, is a key that strengthens the information industry ability offuture. Although the progress of workflow technology and CSCW is great since1980s,it needs be studied in-depth to build a system that can realize CSCW uponworkflow technology.It is very important for improving the information standard andoperation efficiency of enterprises and making enterprises more competitive.In this paper,the first thing is going deep into the basic theory of workflowtechnology,and then concluding the deficiency ,and bringing forword the point ofview. The second thing is going deep into the basic theory of CSCWtechnology.Third,basing on the result of the research,the system that can realizeCSCW upon workflow technology is brought up,and the mechanism is analyzed anddemostrated in detail.
