Research And Implementation Of OAS Based On Groupware

With the rapid development of computer and the technology of Internet, People attach importance to the application of Office Automation System (OAS for short) gradually。OAS is very important in order to improve the office quality and efficiency of the office or each department of the corporation, to transmit the speed of information, to realize exchanging and sharing of information, cooperation working, and scientific management and decision making。This paper analyses the OAS based on the project-"Estate Management System of the Estate Management institute in WuHan"。Researching on the concept of OAS,the basic theory of the project: groupware and workflow technology, this paper gives a deep investigation about the model, framework and function of the system。The paper firstly introduces the origin and background of the thesis, and introduces the development of OA and the needed work。Then it introduces the concept of OAS and Workflow。Secondly it introduces the basic theory of OAS-groupware, the concept and sort of CSCW; discusses the difinition of groupware。The paper also investigates the analytical procedure of OAS and the development environment of Lotus Domino/Notes, introduces the model of OAS based on the groupware and the function module of OAS, analyses the object-oriented method and workflow of OAS's development based on groupware。And then the paper analyses the system's network topological structure。In the end, it introduces the flow of approve-management and the key technology about the module of approve management。This paper discussed the characteristic of OA; Analyzed to compare to the development terrace of OAS currently; Researching deeply on the application of groupware technique in OA and give the development model of OAS based on groupware。Make use of an above-mentioned research result, with Notes groupware system for the terrace carried out "Estate Management System of the Estate Management institute in WuHan"。This system has already started using in Wuhan City and peripheral region related real estate management section in the meantime, and this project have certain instruction meaning to the related government section development OAS。...
