The Analysis Of Groupware Technology And Research On Application In Advertisement Industry

Groupware is software for supporting group collaboration. By using the Groupware, we can enhance the works efficiency and the resource sharing. The products of Ad industry are produced by people experience and knowledge collection, they need more cooperation and discussion each other. This will be helpful for Ad industry how to make the cooperation smoothly and knowledge access handily. In this thesis, the object is that give the scheme using groupware to meet Ad industry specialty and knowledge management requirements based on analysis of groupware. From Groupware concept, evolution, and category, there have function and specialty contrast by comparing one typical product of groupware with others, and analysis of elements and the architecture of groupware by taking example for them, and research the workflow implement methods in groupware; The network security, information exchanging security, database security and design elements security of groupware are discussed, then the security mechanism of typical groupware-domino is analyzed, some network security schemes with firewall for groupware application are given.Contraposed Ad industry specialty and knowledge management requirement, we compared the developing platform of implementing the OA of Ad industry, and brought up the Ad industry OA system architecture. Then we given the category and relation of knowledge databases, the structure of each database and the category of knowledge documents, the scheme of database interface with others and implement of web function, we given the security scheme for system platform, database, network and movable users also. Combined with the method for designing workflow, we analyzed the main workflow of Ad industry and researched the design and implement of the workflow. Finally, we offered the actual implement work request form system for Ad industry.
