The Construction And Implementation Of Enterprise Office Automation System Based On Knowledge Management

The office automation (OA) is an important part in enterprises information system construction. Knowledge Management is the requirements of enterprises for adapting themselves to development. And it is also the goals of the enterprises information system construction. Combining OA with Knowledge Management to construct the office automation system is the development trend in the new generation of OA system. For integration OA with Knowledge Management, made knowledge management play an important role and also made OA get a great improvement. It is a complex system project for enterprises to construct OA system cored by knowledge management, How to construct and implement it in technology is the main problem that we will discuss and solve in this paper.In this paper, firstly, we have demonstrated the main contents of OA & Knowledge Management, and then we have analyzed the inevitability of the integration the two things through theory and implementation. Secondly, we have quoted the third generation OA system architecture that have been accepted universally and analyzed it, this architecture is not very practical for OA construction in our mainland enterprises because of the technology and other aspects. So I wrote the paper to show a more concrete and practical OA systemarchitecture towards the current technologies and facts of our mainland, and give the solution and step of constructing the OA system cored by knowledge management for enterprises.Finally, the article has shown us a concrete example-the OA system of ZhongQing Company. It was an enterprise OA system project that I have done last year. The system was specially designed for ZhongQing Company according to the practical demands of it. It included the management of the main business and realized the accumulation & share of the main business-knowledge and reuse of knowledge. It has realized the basic function of knowledge management.
