J2ee-based Architecture And Design Of E-government System

The 16th Chinese Communist Party National Congress pointed out: "informatization is in accelerating China’s industrialization and modernization of inevitable choice. Insist on informatization spurs industrialization on while industrialization promotes informatization, with high-tech., good economic returns, low consumption of resources, little environmental pollution, the human resources superiority fully display the new industrialization path." Meanwhile put forward: "in order to deepen the reform of administrative system, further shift of government functions, improve the methods of management, promote e-government, improve the administrative efficiency, reduces the administrative cost, forming behavior criterion, coordinated operation, fairness and transparency, honesty and high efficiency of the administrative management system."Along with the computer technology, thenetwork technology, the communication technology and the rapid development of automation technology development and popularization, the informationization f through affect social of all walks of life, and how to manage the government and enterprises and institutions of the affairs, e-government research appears very urgent. E-government construction to accelerate the transformation of government functions, improve the quality and efficiency of the government department at all levels, strengthen management ability, decision-making ability, emergency handling capability and public service ability, promoting social supervision, implementing informationization to promote industrialization development strategy has the extremely vital significance.In this paper, the current e-government system present situation and the developing trends are analyzed in the paper, combining Chinese e-government construction problems and solutions, after careful study and analysis, design and development based on the J2EE platform of efficient and easy to use, low cost of e-government system. Paper length about the system design, including the design principle, functional design, architecture design, constructs a unified coordination work platform, solve the business of cross-functional processing, eliminates unit interior all kinds of information isolated phenomenon. Taking a chemical industrial park e-government research subject as a background, based on the government portal and e-government OA subsystem for example are discussed in detail and analysis. This paper, the major research work and innovation points as follows:(1) Analyzed the characteristics and the status quo of e-government in China, and the problems existing in the construction of e-government and the solution countermeasure.(2) Based on J2EE platform design the e-governmental affairs system, and with a chemical digital park e-government system for example on the system hardware and software architecture to conduct research and overall design, puts forward the general framework of the system.(3) Government portal and e-government OA subsystem, for example, gives the system structure design, user interface design, the main process design and realization method.
