The Research And Implementation Of Personnel Assessment System Of University Based Browser/Server

Along with the continuous development of society and the progress of science, thepace of work and life among people is faster and faster. The traditional paper-basedoffice has been unable to meet people’s efficient work. On the other hand, financialinvestments are being applied in University information construction and upgrading.As a consequence, the web-based systems have been widely used, such as, theacademic system, the elective system, medical system, and so on. In order to improvethe overall efficiency of management, and speed up the information construction, apersonned assessment system was designed and implemented for University. Thesystem can fully and efficiently carry out the internal assessment in University.Based on the thorough investigation and research in business processes of annualassessments in University, this paper puts forward an applicable design proposal for aB/S-Based Personnel Assessment System of University. This kind of PersonnelAssessment System of University, realizes the paperless of personnel evaluation ofuniversity, and scientific management employing the computer technology, Internettechnology, adapts the internal personnel management and the demand forinformation technology development in University. This system adopts the modularsystematic development approach. JSP dynamic page designing technique, Java Beantechnology and the function of Servlet was adopted in the system to realize thedynamic interactivity; SQL Server2010data base management system is used as thestrong and complete database to support the environment.This thesis focuses on the planning of the Personnel Assessment System ofUniversity, the design and implementation of the authentication module, informationmanagement module and assessment module. System realizes all the functions ofinformation submission and modification, centralized assessment, resultannouncement, and so on.Currently, the deployment of the Personnel Assessment System of Universitydeveloped by using the design proposal in this paper has been a big success in testingenvironment and received commendation as expected during the test.
