Wenzhou Radio Broadcasts Assessment System Design And Implementation

In order to improve competitive strengths in marketing, the broadcasting industry must upgrade the quality of broadcast. One of the important measures is establishing an effective evaluation system for broadcast programs. Traditional methods of broadcast evaluation generally proceeded without the supports of computer network technology. It was difficult to proceed quantitative analysis or evaluate broadcast programs constantly in a large extent. Without sufficient data, the evaluation of programs was only based on letters, phone calls and SMS received from audiences, or sometimes based on personal preferences of higher authorities, who judged program quality by "the impression". It was difficult to draw objective program evaluation results. As a result, it has a range of negative impacts on personnel performance appraisal, rate of broadcast audience, advertising market, or even the overall reformation and development of radio programs.In accordance with the requirement of evaluating the broadcast programs at home and abroad, based on the internet system, the evaluation system for broadcast applicable to both intranet and internet has been designed. The main contents are as follows:(1) On the analysis of the technology of the program evaluation system, combined with the current condition of the Audio Production and Broadcasting System at home, the C/S and B/S structure for the evaluation system for broadcast is proposed.(2) According to the technology strategy for problem solving, the plan of the evaluation system for broadcast is designed on the basis of MS SQL2005. Combined with the theory and practice of software engineering management, by means of developing tools of Delphi and ASP, the functions of C/S and B/S structure can be realized.(3) Record and research the definition, development and using of the system. Collect the practical material, and then analyze and comment the usage and effect of the system.At present, the system in operation effectively supports the broadcast evaluation. The quality of broadcast programs at Radio Wenzhou is steadily increasing. Currently the rate of audience and market share of Radio Wenzhou ranks front in the bother Radio stations in Zhejiang.
