Development Of Standard System Of Information Codes Based On Digitalized Interprise

With the rapid development and wide application of information technology in manufacturing enterprises, manufacturing technology is changing from material form to information form. New manufacturing concepts and systems such as flexible manufacturing, virtual manufacturing, Networked-manufacturing and so on develop continuously, and modern manufacturing enterprises are becoming digital, networked, intelligent, agile and virtual, which are called digitalized enterprises. Digitalized enterprises realize the digitalization of the whole enterprise though digitalization and integration of design, manufacturing equipment, producing process, and management.The development of Information resources and integration of information system is the core and "bottle neck" of digitalized enterprises. In recent years, the theories, methods and techniques of integration of the manufacturing enterprise information systems have been gradually maturing, but the research on base information technology standards is still weak, especially information classification and coding falls behind, which makes information systems incompatible and sharing information impossible, and becomes a obstacle to the development of digitalized enterprises.Based on information resources of digitalized enterprises, the theories, techniques and methods of information classification and coding are studied, and the standard information coding system has been established in the thesis. A management system for information classification and coding has been constructed in the thesis, which provides a base information platform for the development of digitalized enterprises. The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1) The demand for information classification and coding of digitalized enterprises. The advantage and critical techniques of digitalized enterprises are discussed, and the sigmficance of information classification and coding are also discussed. The demand for information classification and coding of information integration in digitalized enterprises is studied.(2) Research on information classification and coding theory and establishment of information coding standardization system. Information classification and coding systems are studied, and theories of information classification and coding including principles and methods of information classification and the theories, techniques and methods of information classification and coding are also studied based on the analysis of information classification and coding systems both at home and abroad .The information resources of digitalized enterprise are classified and standard system for information classification and coding of digitalized enterprises is established in the thesis. (3) Design and development of information classification and coding management system software. Design method and model of information classification and coding system software including system structure design, function structure model design, database design and realization of system which are based on Object-Oriented technique and WEB are also discussed in the thesis.
