Analysis And Design Of University Student Management Information System On Digitalized Campus

Digitalization is the main developing trend of economy and society in modernworld. The development of information technology is not only changing thepeople's working and living way, but will alter educational and studying way aswell. The traditional way of teaching and learning is on the way to realizingbreakthrough. Education is facing the most thorough reform in history ,educational digitalization.Based on internet, digitalized campus makes the complete digitalization ofthings from environment, resources to activities through the use of advancedinformation means and instruments. Management information system is thesoftware and basis for establishing digitalized campus and realizing educationaldigitalization.Student management information system, as part of digitalized campus, issupposed to establish centralized management information system, and is aimedto be connected to internet. Student management information system is composedof many sub-systems including management of student information , ofemployment, of files, of student associations and of social practice, and allthese have covered all the fields of student management. Moral education isflexible, which cannot be replaced by computer work. But through the use ofinformation system we can communicate and summarize mature experience andcases encountered in the work of student management, realize the auxiliarymanagement of students by use of information system, such kind of work can bedone on computers.This paper specifically clarifies the definition of student managementinformation system from the perspective of management. It puts forward someeffective solutions to the problems and makes necessary analysis and designgenerally.
