In this day, the competition is very serious in the manufacturing with world economic and market integration, including the corporation of automobile. Every corporation has to produce the products with high quality in short time and lower cost so that they can survive in the market. But the automobile is difference to else products, its period of design and manufacture is long and cost is high, the traditional design and manufacture method has been the bottleneck of corporation.The Digitalized Factories improve the disadvantageous state of corporation. It is advanced technique of design and manufacture. Through layout,simulation and off-line programming,it can accomplish the same works with the real manufacture line in the computer before manufacture. The welding line of Auto-body for example, the layout of the product line which can plan the space of workshop reasonably; the three-dimensional validate which can be done with designing of fixture and gripper, so that it can avoid the clash availably and save the cost; the simulation can validate the rationality of distribution of weld point and process, it can help us select the type of weld gun, analyses and adjust the path of robot and the time of every station; the off-line programme can export the program based on the simulation, so that it can reduce the time of debugging. This paper integrate the project which is the research and exploitation of the welding line robot's electrical system integration and simulate technique in FAW and lucubrate the application in welding line of the Digitalized Factories based on under-body welding line of FCC, build the first mixed circulation welding line of Auto-body based on the Digitalized Factories witch is the domestic independence brand. It can manufacture 200000 cars, and support the independence products of FAW. The content of this paper as follows:1. This paper introduces the concept of welding line, the situation and its development, clarifies its features, design elements and the transmission mode, analysis the 2D layout of the underbody welding line in this article; distributes the weld points and process, selects and optimizes the weld gun, and through the software of simulation to 3D pre-validation.2. The fixture is one of the most important in the welding line. This paper describes the concept, type and character of the fixture, elaborates the method and steps of fixture design,designs, verificates and optimizes the underbody fixture in this article based on the pre-process planning.3. This paper describes the mathematical basis of the robot, provides the necessary prerequisite for later analysis and calculations, analysis the robot kinematics from two aspects. The Motoman robots used in this project for example, we establish its kinematic model based on DH matrix. In dynamics, introduces two methods for the robot dynamics,the Lagrangian method and the Newton-Euler method. Summarizes the robot kinematics and dynamics equations and formulas, provides a theoretical basis for simulation and optimization of robot path4. Summarized the servo motor selection theory based on the experience, selected the type of motor by calculating and comparing. Elaborated configuration of the servo welding guns, including the control axis of servo welding gun and the steps of servo welding gun's setting. Finally, the MOTOMAN robot for example, we introduced the basic knowledge of the robot and weld points, described welding robot system. All resources will be installed in the underbody line, after teaching the robot to complete the installation of welding line so that the project can be done.To sum up, this paper researches the Digitalized Factories.There are innovative results to use the digital factory technology for own brand. Through the completion of the project, the digital factory technology are applicationed. Theories are helpful to the robot simulation and optimization of the path. The use of digital factory can shorten the development period of new products, reduce costs, improve market competitiveness of enterprises.So the own brand can be bigger and stronger.
