The digital television is the third generation television between the black-white television and the color television, which represents the evitable trend and the development orientation.This essay conducts the exploration to the current development status of the domestic digital television, the systematic project design and realization of the digitalized cable TV station construction, combining with the digitalized reform project of the TEDA Cable TV. Based on the thorough research of those successful cases of domestic TV networking construction and combining with practices, this essay first studies DTV program-making, broadcasting, storage and management, as well as the whole station networking technology, optimizing procedure design and guiding principle of interconnect and interworking. Then the essay discusses the solution about digitalized reform for small and middle television-station based on poor equipment, especially the design and realization of TV program-making system, media assess management system and automatic play out system, etc.As for the challenge of high-speed technology development, this essay provides a fine solution about digitalized reform for small and middle television-station, taking TEDA Television as an example. TEDA Television executed design and realization of DTV program-making,storage and broadcasting platform first in Tianjin and realized interconnect and interworking between program-making system,media assess management system and automatic play out system first in domestic broadcasting and TV industry, which laid technological foundation for further whole station network construction. After experienced nearly three years practicing, the system was advanced in complete functions, reliable performance. It was proved that the solution had good value of application and promotion with fine design and advanced technology.
