At first a team was constituted, leaded by vice general manager. It was included all the department leader and system designer. Investigation team and system designing team was included in it. The work of the investigation team was to investigate the working flow and working object deeply. The Information System of Sinochem TianJin import and export corporation have four subsystem including the foreign trade affairs subsystem, apply_transfer subsystem, risk management subsystem and colligation management subsystem, realizing management, other relative affairs and financial data working together. Foreign trade affairs management system includes calculate quote price management, contract management, financial interface, synthesis analysis, statistic and inquiry, oversea purchase, domestic sale, cargo management, export operation, export affairs, domestic purchase. Apply_transfer subsystem include apply to customers managment and traffic information management. Risk management subsystem include auditing management, risk management, blacklist management client management. Colligation management subsystem include analyze system and system management.By actualizing the Information System, Sinochem TianJin import and export corporation make the management vitrification and standardization, bring some order to the work flow, advance the work efficiency, reduce the work risk by setting the black list. In conclusion, the IS bring huge economy andsociety benefit to the Sinochem TianJin.
