Research Financial Budget Management System Based On Work-flow

With the accelerating process of Internet informationization and the country's emphasis on connected information security,computer applications have been popularized and promoted.The application requirements of computers in the management of colleges and universities have also begun to change,from traditional big data processing to large-scale transaction operations and workflow management.As an important part of the management of colleges and universities,financial budget management can truly and effectively reflect the budget and financial situation of colleges and universities,the reform of the new government accounting system,the inclusion of budget management in the scope of financial management,and the establishment of “rights and responsibilities”.The comprehensive government financial reporting system with the system of occurrence and payment is implemented,and the accounting system of “parallel entry of financial management and budget management” is implemented.Therefore,designing a financial budget management system is conducive to the effective regulation of budget management by universities.To effectively improve the use rate of college funds.This paper takes financial budget management as the background,and builds and designs a workflow-based financial budget management system based on the needs of financial budget management and the budget management examples of the university.This paper first describes and analyzes the problems encountered in the daily business of budget management,systematically understands and analyzes the financial budget management at home and abroad,and discusses the research purpose and significance of the financial budget management system.Then,research adaptive work.In the flow task assignment mode,a new AXML-based adaptive workflow task assignment research is proposed.This method firstly establishes a dynamic adaptive workflow model using AXML and workflow related features,and then compares the key parsers in the workflow.The task assignment algorithm is introduced,and finally the adaptive mechanism is given.Then,the key technologies in the financial budget management system are designed.By designing the workflow model,then designing the core engine in the workflow,constructing with MFC Model,using SQL Server data platform for related configuration,planning the classes and usage processes needed in the core workflow engine,and designing the interfaces between modules;finally,designing and implementing financial budget management in combination with the actual situation of financial budget management System and core to the system Introduction block.This paper designs and implements a workflow-based budget management system.After actual testing,it meets all the functional and non-functional requirements of the user.The application of the system basically meets the requirements of budget management in colleges and universities,improves the efficiency of budget management,standardizes the budget management process,and further improves the level of refined management of colleges and universities.
