Research And Implementation Of Work Flow Management System Based On JBPM4

Nowadays, the OA (Office Automatic) system is widely used. It is a base and guarantee to the administration of enterprises and institutions to improve office efficiency. However, with the popularity of information technology in various fields of the society’s, the common OA system cannot satisfy the increasing business process requirements. At the same time, when the process in the system has changed, the original system cannot handle this changed process. Therefore, the system needs to be constructed again, which greatly shorten the life cycle of a system, become a big bottleneck to the ordinary OA system.The generation of workflow technology is a good solution to the problem, it can modify the system easily after the whole process was changed, which greatly reduces the amount of system code modifications and the workload of the developer. The history of workflow is not long, so the research on the exploration and application of this technology still has very large space, and of great significance.This paper selects the most widely used JBPM4(Java Business Process Management) as the research object, uses MyEclipse software and SSH2framework, realizes the module of station information and improves the maintenance of office module with JBPM with an information system which is being developed.The research of this paper contains the following aspects:(1) The article analyzed the implementation of JBPM workflow system. The implementation of workflow process including process analysis, process definition, process deployment, process operation. Process definition range from basic process definition, task definition and the business logic expansion of process task node.Then analyzed the six important resource service interfaces of JBPM4and the process definition language JPDL.(2) Discussed the specific process model in the OA system, the task rollback, task revocation, jointly sign, task delegation, free flow, and gives the solution based on JBPM4.(3) Take a highway information management system in research as the background, realized information release and maintenance in the office with JBPM4.The paper discusses mainly the processes in the two modules contain rocess analysis, process design, display design and logical design and the design of the data access. Finally, through the integration of JBPM, Struts2, Hibernate, Spring frame, design and realization the two moduls and give the main rendering.(4) In the last part of this paper, by changing the information release processes and realizing, analyse the differences way to handle the change of the system, sums up the advantages of information management system by adding JBPM workflow.
