Network manufacture can be defined as using information technology to implement product design, produce, distribution, stock, management and other kinds of manufacturing activities. The essence of network manufacturing is to cover the distance between corporations, Shares resources between enterprises, Enhances the entire industrial chain and the manufacture community's competitive ability.under this kind of economy situation, we have developed a kind of network manufactoring platform which faces to shaoxing region. It provides a platform for middle and small textile companies on which these textile companies can communicate with each other, and it provides a platform for these companies to get information and distribute information. And it alse provides network CAD system services facing to shaoxing textile companies. Providing these kinds of services are the urgent affairs, and are the most importance for shaoxing textile companies to enhance the competitive power,enlarge market and keep superiority.This paper brings forward the blue print which puts four CAD systems facing to textile region which have independency with each other and base on single computer into network-based manufactoring service, and brings forward constructions. Then paper introduces Intelligent Pattern design service, Virtual Show service, Print Corparation service, Jacquard Design service, and their constructions and modules.This paper does research on the network-based manufactoring technology, and compares three models: CORBA model, DCOM model, Web Service model, compares their strong point and shortcoming, then analyses XML technology and ASP model, then brings forward a simple model about network manufactoring technology which bases on web service.Through the analysis and research on the above constructions and core technologies, we reconstruct the Jacquard Design system, put it into network-based service, first, paper analyses the modules of the Jacquard Design system which bases on single computer. Then paper analyses four modules which constitute the Jacquard Design service. Then paper introduces the core technology implementing the service detailedly. At last paper shows the actual application of the service in shaoxing textile region.
