The rapid publication and discovery of manufacturing resources is the basic of the manufacturing resource sharing which is one of the purposes of the networked manufacturing.At present,the description of manufacturing resources in the network-based manufacturing system is lack of a unified format,there are problems in the Resources found in semantic information,and unable to achieve customer-oriented manufacturing resource sharing.In this paper,the technology advantages of Web services and Semantic Web is united,a mechanism of manufacturing resources discovery based on Semantic Web services is proposed.The problem of how to communicated data and recognize information in networking manufacturing is crucial.The key to the problem is to realize the coherent description.The key technology of manufacturing resource description is studied in many aspects,such as the uniform resource framework based on EXPRESS,transforming EXPRESS model into XML DTD model.At the basis of aboved research,the XML documents description of the manufacturing resource information is constructed and the corresponding data storage structure is seted up.For the realization of the rapid publication and discovery of manufacturing resources,the related technologies Of Web services and Semantic Web Services is analyzed,and the mapping relations between the UDDI register model and the semantic Web service description language OWL-S is expounded in detail.The information of manufacturing resources was descriptioned based on Ontological,and a domain ontology storehouse of networked manufacturing resources was constructed;To realize the publication of Semantic Web services for manufacturing resources,the mapping relationship between Universal Description,Discovery and Integration(UDDI) and Ontology Web Language for Services(OWL-S) was described,the UDDI was extended using a semantic information layer;To realize the discovery of manufacturing resources,a two double-level matching strategy was proposed,the similar degree of services was calculated according the hyponymy of manufacturing resources semantic concept.At present,user-oriented Personalized Information Service is very important in the network-based manufacturing system.In this paper,information filtering methods and active pushing mechanism is analyzed,content-based filtering algorithm is proposed to realize personalized information filtering,and the way of mail-pushed is used to achieve the information initiative sended.Finally,the prototype system is designed and implementated using CNC machine tool as an example,Through theoretical study and the verification of prototype system,we can find that the mechanism of manufacturing resources discovery based on Semantic Web services can improve the accuracy of manufacturing resources discovery.
