Efficient use of manufacturing resources has become an important research direction in the manufacturing industry.Due to the serious waste of resources in our country,in order to improve resource utilization,all enterprises are striving to promote informatization.Cloud manufacturing is born in this environment.It is a new service-oriented networked manufacturing model,which aims to provide more high-quality and convenient services for the majority of manufacturing enterprises,while improving resource utilization.The optimal allocation of manufacturing resource services directly affects the efficiency and quality of the cloud manufacturing service platform,and has important research significance.This thseis focuses on the characteristics of single tasks and complex tasks,studies the optimization method of manufacturing resource services,and combines cloud manufacturing theory with optimization methods and processes to design a cloud manufacturing service system platform.The thesis first summarizes the relevant theories of cloud manufacturing resources and compares and analyzes several manufacturing modes;then,according to the characteristics of uncertainty and ambiguity in the evaluation indexes of manufacturing resources in the cloud manufacturing environment,from a single manufacturing task resource Starting with the optimization problem,a manufacturing resource optimization model based on the cloud model is constructed.Secondly,for the complex tasks submitted by users in the cloud manufacturing platform,the service portfolio optimization problem is studied,and the interests of the resource supplier,service demand side and cloud platform are built Manufacturing resource service combination bi-level planning model,and use cloud genetic algorithm to solve the model;finally,based on cloud manufacturing related theory and analysis of manufacturing resource optimization,design cloud manufacturing service application system platform,combined with cloud manufacturing basic functions and operating modes System function analysis,based on system application scenarios and mainstream service system architecture,designed a system framework,combined with the process and method of manufacturing resource optimization under the single and complex cloud manufacturing environment proposed previously,designed the system workflow,and finally carried out cloud manufacturing services Preliminary design of the system platform.Through comparison and analysis with several manufacturing models,it highlights the many-to-many collaborative processing model of cloud manufacturing,the scope of servicesfor the full life cycle and the flexible and varied collaboration methods;using examples to elaborate on the optimization process of single manufacturing resources,verify The effectiveness of the model;the two-level programming model that design the upper-level planning model with service quality as the objective function and the lower-level planning model with resource utilization rate as the objective function optimizes the combination of manufacturing resource service for complex tasks,and combines with the stable cloud genetic algorithm The model was solved,and the effectiveness and superiority of the model and algorithm were verified through application analysis and algorithm comparison.Finally,the cloud manufacturing service system platform was preliminarily designed to provide theoretical and methodological reference for the practical application of the cloud manufacturing platform.
