As a kind of advanced manufacturing paradigm in network economy and knowledge economy environment, networked manufacturing (NM) emphasizes inter-enterprise collaboration and resource sharing in the whole society. The goal of NM is to improve the innovative capability of product designing and to realize lower cost and higher efficiency of product designing and manufacturing process. Traditional weave industry must use NM technology to realize collaboration and sharing. NM provides the new theoretics of design, production and information sharing for weave industry. The resource sharing service platform that can integrate all kinds of resource and provide all kinds of function becomes one of developmental direction of NM.Supported by the Science & Technology Development Projects of Shandong Province , the dissertation provides and builds a weave-oriented networked manufacturing service platform according to the characteristics of weave industry. Based on developmental computer network and information technology, the platform creates a collaborative manufacturing environment to carry out the sharing of manufacturing resources and the complementarities of technical resources. It actualizes business process reengineering, shortens the manufacturing cycle of woven fabric and enhances the competitive capability of weave industry.The main work of this dissertation includes the following aspects:1. This dissertation completes the system analysis and design by the develop method of RUP and the design tool of UML.2. This dissertation's Database structure begins with the design of conception model and object-oriented model. Based on the object-oriented model, the physical model is built. This kind of method makes the database design more reasonable.3. This dissertation discusses the process characters of weave industry, realizes the whole industry collaboration in cooperative work management mode.4. This dissertation studies the use mode of weave CAD/CAM software, realizes the trade of weave software to provide professional services.
