Although equipment technology has been updated ceaselessly with the time passing by, production technology is still working in distributed stage, especially in the pattern processing technology, which is still using simple serial transmission with single PC. If the Ethernet technology and intelligent control of the embedded system are applied in artificial fur production management, which will simplify the complexity of the transmission of jacquard pattern and improve the level of production in jacquard fur.The topic of the jacquard weave fur-based remote network management monitoring system has been studied in depth, jacquard fur Ethernet monitoring and management system based on ARM 9-based is designed under Embedded Windows CE system. In this system, ARM hardware circuit monitoring module has been designed at first. It is designed network monitoring modules of software under WinCE driver for USB streaming based on USB communication technology as well as the procedures under the embedded system development technology. Application of the Industrial Ethernet communication technology, USB communication technology, MFC application development technology and procedures under the embedded system development technology, from the network monitoring module software which under the WinCE system, PC monitoring client server management software and USB Streaming under the WinCE system, designed the jacquard fur remote network monitoring system. Among them, In the network monitoring module of the software, the network monitoring software modulation was designed based on the TCP network communications and USB traffic monitoring software, including the fur machine status information which receive and send, parameters settings, as well as receive and send documents which receive and load patterns, etc; In the PC server,TCP server management monitoring software has been designed primarily by the MFC and ADO database, the use of multi-threaded technology coordinate TCP data exchange and database management unity with purpose of the workshop to achieve the same network segment fur machine status real-time display and abnormal alarm, changing and sending the working parameters, processing and delivering the flower-type document and other functions, also has solved the problem of conversion between PAT files and BMP files, so that pattern files can display in the application program, it designed a monitoring and management software of more comprehensive functional and a human machine interaction with more user-friendly; Considering the needs to load the file to the pattern processing module in the terminal of network monitoring through the USB bus, the USB flowing interface driver was prepared in the WinCE system, it makes the data can communicate between ARM and flowers processing module through USB bus under WinCE system, which shorted the time of loading flower files.The network monitoring system in jacquard fur based on ARM proposed in this paper, it combining the computer network technology, the database technology, the USB bus transmission technology, the MFC software development technology and intelligent control theory with jacquard fur weaving techniques integration, which makes the system function perfect, and makes the control interface is more friendly and easier to use , which is better to achieve the controlling of jacquard weave fur system to enhance the level of production. |
